PASHAN coordinates cross-jurisdictional legal matters through independent partner firms and appropriately qualified local counsel where required. We provide a central point of instruction and coordinate advice across relevant jurisdictions. This does not imply that PASHAN maintains offices or is authorised to practise local law in each jurisdiction.

Multidisciplinary Advisory Coordination

For transactions requiring financial or specialist input, PASHAN works alongside independent accountants, auditors, financial advisers, tax specialists and other appropriately qualified professionals. We coordinate the legal aspects of the engagement and collaborate with these advisers where needed, subject to agreed scope, professional responsibilities and client consent. Financial, accounting and audit opinions remain the responsibility of the relevant qualified professionals.
